Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the delivery of Business Services and Accounts for a varied portfolio
Work closely with Partners to drive strategic departmental initiatives
Mentor, develop, and support senior team members
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Support business development, networking, and client-growth activities
Provide high-level advisory support to clients
Enhance operational processes to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
Proven leadership capability within an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge across accounts, compliance, and advisory
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Commercially astute with the ability to contribute to firmwide strategy
