Perfect — here's your ready-to-post advert for Indeed / CV-Library, with the final title:
Field Sales Account Manager - Blinds & Facilities Services
(
Location:
London & South East)
We're looking for a proactive, autonomous Field Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. You'll take ownership of a high-potential territory across London and the South East, promoting our replacement blinds, upgrades, cleaning, and maintenance service plans to Facilities Management (FM) professionals in workplaces and education settings.
This is a client-facing role with a strong mix of new business development and relationship management. You'll be backed by our indoor sales team and supported by surveyors and technical colleagues, but you'll lead from the front — building partnerships, presenting solutions, and reviewing jobs with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Visiting existing clients to build relationships and review completed work.
Attending surveys with technical colleagues and taking back estimates, swatches, mock-ups, and proposals with clear explanations.
Reviewing floor plans and logistics with clients to ensure smooth installation and service.
Closing the loop: carrying out end-of-job reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and set up future service plans.
Prospecting new workplaces with large blind installations requiring outsourced management.
Liaising with the indoor sales team to register jobs and coordinate follow-ups.
Updating the shared CRM with visit notes, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Reporting weekly to directors and the sales team on activity, forecasts, and client insights.
Representing the company professionally on-site, including wearing a company uniform where required.
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in curtains, blinds, or facilities services is advantageous, but not essential.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Confident reviewing floor plans, proposals, and logistics with clients.
CRM experience, with the ability to produce accurate forecasts and reports.
Self-starter, able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London & South East.
What we offer
Competitive base salary with commission and bonuses.
Support from indoor sales, surveyors, and technical colleagues.
Clear visibility with leadership through weekly reporting.
A territory with strong growth potential in corporate and education sectors.
Opportunity to be the face of our service for valued clients across London & South East.
If you're a driven, consultative salesperson with the confidence to manage your own territory, we'd love to to hear from you
