We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected public sector organisation seeking a multi-skilled Estate Services Operative to join a dedicated neighbourhood team delivering frontline environmental services across housing estates throughout Manchester. About the Role As an Estate Services Operative, you will be part of a proactive and responsive team that works directly within local communities. Your role will focus on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of housing estates and communal areas through scheduled and reactive janitorial, grounds maintenance, and waste clearance services. You’ll play a vital part in creating neighbourhoods people are proud to live in, delivering practical services that make a visible impact every day.
