The roleReporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you'll work within a small team where autonomy and trust are fundamental. You'll: Lead the design and development of high-performance power module productsExercise technical authority in design decisions and introduce new approachesInnovate to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityOwn delivery within a rapid development lifecycleSupport a wide range of customers, working closely with Sales and Business Development to shape new products and secure future business opportunitiesDemonstrate technical leadership and direction sustaining and improving existing product linesWith genuine decision-making authority and the opportunity to drive innovation, this role can evolve in line with your strengths and future career goals.
