Are you passionate about turning HR data into powerful workforce insights?
We’re looking for a Senior HR Support Analyst with a strong flair for HR analytics, data interpretation and storytelling. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping evidence based decision making across People and Culture and the wider Council.
In this role, you’ll work with complex HR and workforce data, using tools such as Power BI, Excel and our HR systems to analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear, meaningful insights that influence strategy, service delivery and workforce planning.
You’ll be confident presenting data in a way that makes sense to non-technical audiences, supporting leaders to understand ‘what the data is telling them’, and what to do next. Alongside this, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, data quality and innovation across our HR systems.
This role is ideal if you:
1. Love analysing data and spotting patterns that others miss
2. Can turn numbers into compelling insights and improvement plans
3. Enjoy influencing decisions through evidence and clear storytelling
4. Want to make a real impact using HR and workforce data
If you’re excited by the power of HR analytics and want to help shape smarter workforce decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
