Digital Marketing Facilitator
Remote | Part-Time | 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Starting July 2025 | £50/hour
Overview
FourthRev is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Facilitator to join the team on an 8-month, part-time, fixed-term contract. You will play a critical role in supporting learners enrolled in our Digital Marketing Strategy & Analytics Career Accelerator, a programme built in partnership with the London School of Economics, employers, and industry experts.
Working closely with the Delivery Manager, Success Team, and fellow facilitators, you will ensure an exceptional student experience and help learners achieve their professional goals in the digital marketing field.
Your Mission
You will:
* Facilitate engaging live sessions and active online discussions
* Provide timely and constructive feedback on learner assignments
* Offer mentorship and targeted learner support
* Contribute real-world knowledge and practical insights to bring the curriculum to life
This role averages 7-8 hours per week (more during grading periods), offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working flexibly.
What You'll Do
Asynchronous Responsibilities:
* Mark assignments (15-30 per course) and provide detailed feedback to support learner growth
* Participate in community forums for 1-2 hours/week, answering questions, sharing resources, and providing industry insights
Synchronous Responsibilities:
* Lead live-online group classes and drop-in sessions (2 hours/week on average)
* Host or participate in 1-2 panel discussions with industry peers and fellow facilitators
* Conduct 1:1 learner support sessions (15-30 mins) for 10-15 learners
Learner Support:
* Set clear expectations for learners around timelines, content, and responsibilities
* Collaborate with Lead Success Managers to monitor and address learner progress
* Help identify blockers and create interventions to ensure student success

Desirable:
* Prior experience in online facilitation, mentoring, or coaching
