In this non-case holding role, we are looking for an experienced and registered children's social worker who can support and mentor our learners within our Workforce Development Team, ideally having worked in this role previously. You will also be a Practice Educator. you will develop and deliver a clear and robust learner’s programme to support the Continuous Professional Development of all our social care workforce through bespoke programmes, i.e. ASYE, Apprenticeships, Step-ups. You will be confident in designing and delivering comprehensive high quality training sessions, applying your wealth of knowledge of children’s legislation, case management, policies, frameworks and procedures. You will have extensive experience in supervising and/or mentoring social care workforce members, as well as supporting our Practice Educators. You will be an advocate of promoting good practice across the organisation, undertaking audits and support our Quality Assurance Service. 3 months minimum placement £42ph ltd status Expectation to work on site depends on diary arrangements, but approximately 2-3 times per week, so needs to live locally to the area.

* Registration with Social Work England
* DBS Check within 12 months or a DBS registered to the Update Service
