Summary of the Sales Support Executive
Working for a globally recognised brand you will provide accurate and timely administrative to the sales teams.
This role offers hybrid working and the hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute unpaid break) and Friday 08:00 to 14:00 (no break).
General duties of the Sales Support Executive
* Answering and resolving customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels, and providing after-sales support ensuring first class customer service
* Catalogue Management ensuring a high degree of accuracy with listings
* New Item set-up in accordance with product release timelines
* Updating and maintaining customer records and internal databases
* Upload of images and video content
* Arrange for samples, POS and other relevant marketing requests to be fulfilled
* Invoice and dispute management
* Campaign performance and sales reporting
* Inventory Management
* Work on ad hoc administration requests to support with the national and export team
* Attend conferences, exhibitions and events where/if required
Key Skills and Experience required of the Sales Support Executive
* Pro-active and enthusiastic self-starter
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Must have the ability to plan time and work schedules effectively
* Willing to act on own initiative and take decisions, but conscious of their role within the team framework
* Attention to detail
* Thorough knowledge of Excel and wider Microsoft Office suites
