Occupational Therapist – Palliative Care - 3 days a week
Kent £39,959 – £48,117 (pro rata)

What you’ll be doing
* Delivering complex, person-centred assessments
* Supporting independence through tailored interventions
* Working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Managing challenging and sensitive situations with empathy
* Contributing to discharge planning and patient flow
What we’re looking for
️ HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
️ At least 2 years post-qualified experience
️ Ideally some exposure to palliative, community or complex care
️ Confident working within MDT environments
️ A compassionate, resilient and patient-centred approach
