Candidate Care Representative - 12 Month FTC
Location: Altrincham - Hybrid
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Candidate Care Representative to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates placed through Experis, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional, and supportive experience throughout their assignment.
This role is all about delivering a best-in-class service, managing contract administration, resolving queries, and building trusted relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for candidates from day one of their assignment.
Communicate key processes (e.g. payment, compliance, benefits) clearly and effectively.
Promote the benefits of working with Experis.
Resolve candidate queries with empathy and efficiency.Contract & Compliance Administration
Manage contract paperwork: new contracts, extensions, amendments, terminations.
Ensure all compliance documentation meets Experis and client standards.
Understand and apply client-specific requirements (e.g. clauses, expenses, overtime)Reporting & Systems
Maintain accurate candidate records across Experis and client systems.
Update trackers and generate reports as needed.
Ensure all communications and actions are properly logged.Business Development Support
Attend candidate/client meetings when required.
Identify leads and opportunities through candidate interactions.
Support wider team initiatives and workload as needed.What We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
A-Levels or degree-level qualification
Background in customer service or candidate-facing rolesSkills & Attributes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident handling sensitive or complex situations professionally
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic negotiation skills and commercial awareness
