The Role:
The Key Account Manager will proactively target T1 & T2 Contractors across the Southern region for a global product manufacturer. Responsibilities include selling a market-leading A2 fire-rated fibre-cement cladding system specified in residential, re-cladding refurbishment, and commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, stadia, and leisure. The approach involves engaging at the c-suite level with Contractors, influencing and selling the story while working through supply and stakeholder chains. The role includes managing existing relationships with major T1 Contractors, delivering CPDs, holding design meetings, and managing project pipelines across the South, collaborating with other sales team members. The goal is to build closer relationships with contracting partners, secure more frameworks, and increase market share, supported by data tools, CRM, and the wider sales team.

Candidate Criteria:
* Proven experience dealing with T1 & T2 contractors at a c-suite level
* Knowledge of building envelope products or similar heavy-side building products
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Based in the South of the UK with good transport links to the South East
* Understanding of the construction supply chain
* Activity-driven, commercially aware, and able to back up figures
* Full & Clean Driving License
Salary and Benefits:
£55,000 - 65,000 DOE + 20%-40% bonus (with multipliers) + Car (Hybrid) + Pension + 24 days holiday
