An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a brand-new, luxury care home in the highly desirable town of Holt, Norfolk. This role is offered on behalf of a respected care provider looking for a strong, commercially minded leader to drive excellence in both care delivery and operational performance.
?? About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a high-end care home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a premium service from the ground up, setting the benchmark for luxury care in the region.
You will be supported by experienced internal teams including Operations, as well as an established in-home team comprising a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping staff.
?? Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a positive and compassionate culture
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
* Drive high-quality, person-centred care across the home
* Manage budgets effectively and achieve financial targets
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
* Lead on continuous improvement, aiming for high CQC ratings
?? Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding ratings
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and driving occupancy
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
* Ability to contribute to the growth and development of the service
?? Qualifications
* NMC registered nurse (desirable but not essential)
* Relevant post-registration or management experience within care settings
