Overview
Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is a fully office based role.
Responsibilities
* Support a busy sales team
* Generate quotations
* Update CRM
* Liaise with suppliers to order stock and manage inventory
* Process orders
* Send confirmations to customers
* Update company social media accounts and create engaging content
* Send samples to customers
* Deal with customer queries
* Conduct telesales activities
* Support office administration
Qualifications
* Previous all-round administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
* Proficient in MS Office
* Ideally experience of supporting a sales team (not essential)
