* Has at least 2–3 years of experience working as a Digital Graphic Designer.
* Is confident using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, with some experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Midjourney/Discord.
* Has a strong understanding of design principles, data visualisation, and design best practices.
* Has experience producing digital-first assets for online campaigns, blogs, and social media.
* Communicates and collaborates effectively with colleagues across teams.
* Can manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
* Understands how to work within client budgets and timescales, delivering high-quality work on time.
* Uses project management tools (e.g., Asana) and online communication platforms (e.g., Slack) to project manage and collaborate effectively.

* Create high-quality design assets for client campaigns across various formats, including static, interactive, and social media.
* Design engaging digital assets that elevate written content with strong visual storytelling.
* Work confidently from a brief or independently, responding to internal and external feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, client notes, copyright rules, and industry best practices.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within client budgets.
* Track time accurately and maintain awareness of project budgets and commercial considerations.
* Collaborate with the Design & Dev team and wider colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully, creatively, and on time.
* Support the design and production of materials for agency events, with the opportunity to attend and contribute on the day.
* Consistently contribute positively to team workflow and collaboration.
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required, supporting the team wherever needed.
