Who We Are Seeking We are looking for an experienced and peoplefocused HR Business Partner to join our HR team at Sunseeker International. You will play a key role in maintaining a fair, engaging and highperforming workplace by delivering proactive employee relations support, coaching leaders, and partnering strategically with the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings sound employment law knowledge, strong relationshipbuilding skills, and a passion for driving positive people outcomes. A Day in the Life Your day will be varied and impactful. You may begin by advising managers on people matters, supporting business leaders through organisational changes, or progressing ongoing ER cases. You ll partner closely with your designated business areas - providing insights on workforce planning, engagement and talent needs - while contributing to HR initiatives and promoting a positive, inclusive culture. You will also be involved in delivering policy updates, facilitating training sessions, monitoring ER trends, and collaborating with colleagues to drive confidence and capability in people management across the organisation. Example Responsibilities Include Acting as the organisation s subject matter expert for employee relations, providing timely and accurate advice to managers Leading endtoend management of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and attendance Conducting impartial investigations and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation Coaching and upskilling managers to build capability and resolve issues effectively at source Partnering with business leaders to understand challenges, talent needs and operational priorities Providing datadriven HR insights to support decisionmaking on workforce planning, retention and organisational change Supporting HR initiatives including performance management, engagement programmes and organisational development Contributing to policy review, development and implementation Delivering training workshops and briefings on ER topics and policy updates Championing culture, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the organisation To Be Considered for This Role You Should Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with strong ER case management exposure Robust working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and coach stakeholders at all levels High levels of professionalism, discretion and resilience when handling sensitive matters Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify patterns and provide practical solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail CIPD Level 5 (desirable) or equivalent experience Experience in a complex or fastpaced environment, ideally multisite Sunseeker employees benefit from With 7 miles of golden sandy beaches, flanked on both sides by the New Forest National Park and the Jurassic Coast line, working in Poole for a genuinely premiere international brand offers an enviable opportunity to truly live the dream.
