We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join the Sunbelt Rentals Team.
In the role of Service Manager, you will assist the Service Centre Manager in managing all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the management of the Service Centre team in line with company policies to maximize performance.
2. Ensuring compliance with the company's contract administration procedures.
3. Coaching and motivating employees to deliver excellent service to all customers.
4. Ensuring all work and processes adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
5. Maintaining the highest quality of customer care, service, and products.
6. Deputising for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
