Administrator Clinical Support – Various Part-time Hours
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach to join our friendly Clinical Administration Team, supporting clinical teams within the 0–19 Services. This is a permanent position based at Slaithwaite Town Hall.
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and must be proficient in using SystmOne.
You should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include word processing, liaising with patients, carers, colleagues, professionals, and outside agencies. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
You will be an effective team player, capable of motivating colleagues, multitasking, and working under pressure to meet deadlines. The ability to work independently, stay calm in a busy environment, and prioritize tasks is necessary.
