Kenny's Group has a range of convenience stores across the Province. We are currently seeking to recruit a part time Cash Office Assistant for our Kennys Foodfare Newtownabbey store (beside Corrs Corner Roundabout). Hours: 8 12 hours per week, (3 to 4 shifts per week of 2-3 hours per day (mornings) including 1 weekend shift. Cash Office duties will be: To prepare floats for each store tills To count and record all takings on a daily basis, with 100% adherence to the cash office policies to minimise the risk of financial loss. Reconcile all transactions on a daily basis completing safe checks and audits. Manage/order change for stores Investigate any variances and discuss with Store Manager. To resolve errors and queries Stock take cigarettes and scratch cards Experience required Experience of working in a cash handling environment, preferable cash/post office or bank Highly numerate and accurate Able to work on own initiative Track record of honesty, confidentiality and reliability in previous work history Skills: Cash Handling Accuracy Banking cash administration
