Chilton Trinity School is seeking a positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Administrator to join our dedicated school community. The successful candidate will provide interventions and administrative support to the school's behaviour team, ensuring that the behaviour systems in place continue to improve behaviour across all aspects of the school, and to support students regarding behaviour.
This is an essential position within the school and will be extremely rewarding for the right person. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, able to prioritise their own workload and remain calm in sometimes difficult situations.
