YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
* As guided by the Sales Manager, convert sales strategy into meaningful targets andexecute
* Define/execute team targets and service level expectations
* Review, guide and optimise selling prices and, therefore, margin levels
* Ensure margin improvement in line with Sales Governance principles andmanagement of Commercial Excellence profit levers
* Develop and maintain market intelligence and feed back to other parts of thebusiness
* To ensure the CRM system is accurate, up to date and a reflection of genuineopportunities for growth
* Analysis and interpretation of data to identify and understand shortfalls tobudget.
* Close liaison with the BES Sales Organisation to ensure shared customerrequirements and opportunities are fully understood by the sector specificsales teams.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience:
* Previous sales experience (Internal or External)
* A strong ability to influence decision-makers
* Account Management – Proven success in a business to business environment
