Chef De Partie – Cotswolds – Day Shifts
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie for a private members club located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Chef De Partie will work alongside kitchen management with daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times.
The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive:
Basic salary of £32,000
£5,000 in Tronc
45 hour week

The Person
The Chef De Partie will have:
Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment as a Chef de Partie
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Ideally be able to drive or live locally
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
