Join Potters Bar Clinic in Potters Bar as a Maintenance Assistant and Driver, where you will help create a well-presented and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society.
You must possess a full driving license as driving is required for this role. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and participate in an on-call rota.
As a Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities include ensuring the facilities are fit for purpose, gardening, conducting audits to identify faults, and supporting the upkeep of the service by liaising with contractors.

Your duties will include:
* Maintaining the service, buildings, facilities, and equipment.
* Using DIY skills to ensure safety for service users.
* Performing regular checks and maintenance.
* Supporting repairs and liaising with contractors.
* Participating in an on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
* Supporting contractors and completing necessary paperwork.
