Vehicle Technician Required for Car Dealership in Guildford
1. Pay: £28k - £45k Basic DOE + £15k Productivity Bonus
2. Hours: 8 - 4.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
13. Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer standards
14. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage or wear
15. Provide expert technical advice and communicate effectively with customers
16. Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and quality standards
17. Collaborate with the service reception and workshop control teams to optimise workflow
18. Support fellow Technicians by sharing technical knowledge and assisting when needed
19. Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out and parts used
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
20. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
21. Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair procedures
22. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
23. Proven ability to work efficiently and meet targets
24. Valid UK driving licence is essential; a current MOT licence is advantageous
25. Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
26. Previous experience working with a recognised automotive brand is desirable
