This is a field-based territory role covering Northern Ireland, responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through established trade distribution partners.
Success here isn’t driven by specification or end-user pull-through. It’s built on consistency, commercial awareness and strong branch-level relationships.
THE ROLE
You will take ownership of a well-performing Northern Ireland territory and run it as your own.
Your focus will include:
* Managing and strengthening relationships at branch and regional level
* Protecting and growing product presence within accounts
* Influencing reordering behaviour and range penetration
* Supporting promotions and commercial activity
* Increasing share within existing accounts
* Managing your own structured call cycle
There are no rigid scripts or heavy corporate controls. You will be trusted to manage the patch professionally and commercially.
ABOUT YOU
You already operate in a trade wholesale or distributor-led environment.
You are comfortable working branch-to-branch and building credibility on the ground. You understand stock turn, margin sensitivity and how day-to-day buying decisions are influenced.
You grow business through visibility, consistency and commercial conversations rather than relying on end-user demand.
You are used to:
* Managing a territory independently
* Protecting and increasing share of wallet
* Competing for presence in a crowded category
* Building long-term trade relationships
* Running your own call structure and prioritising accounts
* You take pride in owning a patch properly.
