Job Description: Customer Advisor at Pavers in Wrexham
We are seeking a friendly, engaging, and positive individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Advisor, working 8 hours per week. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily KPIs.
* Maintain store standards, product placements, and stockroom organization.
* Support team efforts to deliver excellent customer service and store operations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in Customer Care is preferred but not essential.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good customer service skills are essential.
* Availability to work weekends and weekdays as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Starting pay of £11.70/hr (18-20 £9.60/hr; 16-17 £7.85/hr), increasing to £12.05/hr after training.
