We are seeking a patient, nurturing and inclusive ALN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Llanelli. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping pupils with Additional Learning Needs thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
* Support pupils with a range of ALN and behavioural needs
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support
* Help create an inclusive, caring and positive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and wider staff to promote pupil progress
* Encourage emotional regulation, independence and confidence

* Carers / Support Workers
* Youth Workers
* Nurses / Healthcare Assistants
* Childminders / Early Years Practitioners
* Social Workers
* Behaviour support roles
* Any role supporting vulnerable individuals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
