Health & Safety Manager – Residential
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + £6,000 car allowance + package

I am currently working on behalf of a well-established residential construction business based in Stourbridge, who are looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support their growing portfolio of residential projects.
This is a key role within the business and would suit a Health & Safety professional with a strong background in residential construction, who is confident operating across multiple sites and working closely with senior management.
The Role

Overseeing health & safety across multiple residential construction sites
*
Ensuring compliance with all HSE legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice
*
Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
*
Investigating incidents and near misses, producing reports and corrective actions
*
Providing health & safety guidance and support to site teams and management
*
Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing training
*
Working closely with directors, site managers, and external bodies
*
Driving a positive health & safety culture across the business
The Ideal Candidate
*
Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager (or similar) within residential construction
*
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and HSE standards
*
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
*
IOSH / NEBOSH Diploma (desirable)
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Confident working across multiple live sites
*
Proactive, professional, and commercially aware
