About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and analytical Business Analyst to report to the Sales Director. This key role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Based at our modern showroom in Ashton-Under-Lyne, occasional travel to retail showrooms, head office, and events will be required.
This position provides a fantastic opportunity for growth within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, supporting senior management and contributing significantly to our operational success.
Main Responsibilities
1. Liaise with Directors, Showroom teams, Retail Recruitment, and Training departments.
2. Maintain and analyze KPIs and sales data, identify underperformance, and prepare reports for Director meetings.
3. Update and distribute daily performance reports to Area Managers.
4. Assist in tracking new store openings and project milestones.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
6. Conduct detailed process mapping and create clear, actionable documentation.
7. Perform data analysis to support business cases, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
8. Support quality assurance efforts and contribute to continuous process improvements.
9. Engage stakeholders effectively through clear communication and reporting.
Additionally, ensure compliance with health and safety policies as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.

5. Willingness to travel occasionally to other showroom locations.
6. Experience with various business analysis tools and methods to support requirements and change management.
7. Strong report writing skills, capable of articulating progress, risks, and issues clearly.
