No previous experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn, enthusiasm for developing new skills, and an interest in riad freight and transport.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support
* Manage customer queries, email, and phone, including complaint resolution

* Develop strong communication and service handling skills
