This is a hybrid role based at our Doncaster Group Support Centre, with 2-3 days a week onsite.

What you'll be doing
In this role, youll:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive performance,combining strong relationship management with sharp analytical skills to support high-quality,data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in maximising short-term results while supporting longer-term strategic initiatives that help move the wider DFS business forward.
You will work with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders, supporting critical decisions and producing high-quality management information, financial plans and robust business cases.Key responsibilities:
Internal reporting: Review, analyse and communicate financial performance,highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and forecasting: Support the development of realistic, robust and agile budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.
Financial modelling: Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and performance improvement, including post-implementation reviews against agreed cases.
Continuous improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Team support: Act as a deputy when required and provide broader support to the finance team as needed.

Experience / Qualifications:
? Business partnering in commercial role ideally with retail/marketing experience
? Degree (or equivalent higher qualification)
? Professional: qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA. PQE 2+ years
