Job overview We are looking to recruit a Linen, Laundry and Uniforms Porter to join our Estates and Facilities team to play a vital role in supporting patient care across the Trust. This is a practical, hands‑on role where your work directly contributes to patient dignity, infection prevention and the smooth running of clinical services. We have full and part time positions available: 2 x Full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours p/wk 1x Part time Thursday - Sunday 30 hours p/w 1x Part time Saturday - Sunday 15 hours p/w You will be responsible for the safe delivery, collection and storage of linen, uniforms and related items across wards, clinics and departments, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time. Working as part of a supportive team, you will use modern stock control systems, follow planned delivery routes, and respond flexibly to service demand, including periods of increased pressure. This role requires a professional, customer‑focused approach, good communication skills and the ability to work safely in a busy healthcare environment.
