Job Description
* Greet customers warmly and take orders with attention to detail (e.g. coffee blend, milk preference, sweetness level)
* Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks
* Recommend drinks and upsell special menu items
* Handle payments (cash and card) accurately
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating spaces
* Monitor inventory and restock supplies like mugs, beans, and pastries
* Ensure brewing equipment is functioning and report maintenance needs
* Follow health and safety regulations
* Communicate customer feedback to management
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred
* Hands-on knowledge of brewing equipment and drink preparation
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills for handling transactions
* Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent; barista training is a plus
