Key Responsibilities Consistent Execution: Perform picking, packing, and stock organization with total accuracy and a steady, efficient pace. Stock Flow Management: Handle the loading, unloading, and placement of goods to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Digital Accuracy: Use handheld scanners and information technology systems to ensure physical stock matches digital records perfectly. Workspace Standards: Support stock takes and maintain a safe, highly organized workspace in line with company policy. Requirements Proven Experience: Practical background in a busy warehouse environment. Technical Ability: Experience with inventory systems and basic Microsoft Excel. Reliability: A disciplined, consistent approach to tasks and a willingness to support the wider team. Forklift License: Highly desirable.
