We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to support a leading global organisation operating across real estate marketplaces, data analytics platforms, and technology services.
They are looking for an experienced mid-level Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis where you will play a key role in supporting the legal function through a transition period, working closely with commercial stakeholders and advising on a range of contractual matters with a focus on SaaS and technology contracts.

* Location: London (Hybrid/2 days per week on-site)
* Duration: Initial 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension
* Start Date: 20th May
* Working Pattern: Full-time
* Day Rate: Up to £500 p/d DOE
* Equipment: Provided
* Interview process: One stage video interview with the Associate General Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, with a focus on SaaS and technology contracts
* Partnering with sales and commercial teams to keep transactions moving efficiently while managing legal risk
* Supporting integration and transitional activities following a recent acquisition
* Advising internal stakeholders across multiple business units and jurisdictions
* Negotiating directly with external counterparties
Requirements:
* 5–8 years’ PQE
* Experience gained in both private practice and in-house environments (preferred)
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience negotiating SaaS agreements
* Strong technical drafting and commercial negotiation skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
