This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Global Health & Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME), helping to shape and deliver impactful projects that make our workplaces safer, smarter, and more compliant—no matter where in the world they are. In this role, you’ll take ownership of selected H&S projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively. Whether you're supporting the roll-out of global safety protocols or coordinating essential compliance programs, your work will have a direct impact on the wellbeing of thousands of employees around the world. A role you will love Your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied—balancing project delivery with high-level administrative responsibilities. You’ll manage critical tasks such as maintaining H&S training records, updating databases, coordinating cross-regional meetings, managing purchase orders, and keeping our Facilities and H&S intranet content current and useful. You'll also ensure smooth communication by managing global inboxes and preparing insightful management reports that help guide strategic decisions. Beyond admin, your influence will extend to shaping how global H&S standards are applied regionally. You’ll support our Regional Heads of Facilities across North America, EMEA, and APAC by coordinating the collection and upkeep of vital health and safety records. You’ll help interpret and communicate global H&S templates, ensuring regional teams understand and can effectively apply them in their unique contexts. Your insights and feedback will help ensure that global policies reflect local realities, remain relevant, and can be successfully implemented in every location we operate. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Monitor the Facilities and Global H&S inboxes, triage standard enquiries and escalate where necessary. Assist Regional Facilities teams in ensuring an adequate provision of first aiders and fire wardens across all Computershare offices by maintaining H&S training databases and arranging first aider, fire warden and IOSH training. Support Regional Facilities teams to maintain registers of key H&S metrics for local and regional H&S Review Committees and coordinate with key stakeholders for providing input into such reports. Act as secretariat for Regional H&S committee meetings, by setting up meetings and providing agendas, taking and producing minutes and issuing actions arising. Maintain the Global H&S Intranet and Regional Facilities Intranet pages with updated / new documents. Provide support for users of inhouse Facilities and H&S systems (eg: AssessNET and Power BI). Collate information and update the H&S Action Register with findings from workplace inspections, building reviews, third party audits etc. Assist Regional Facilities teams with annual contractor and sub contractor reviews. Assist Regional Facilities teams with the maintenance of registers including COSHH, asbestos and statutory inspections. What will you bring to the role? Essential Experience of working in an administrative function, preferably within Facilities and H&S. Strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook requires a good understanding of how Facilities and H&S provision impacts the wider business. Experience of working as part of a dynamic team in a corporate environment.
