Job Description
You will:
3. Support the preparation of investor marketing materials and presentations
4. Help organise investor meetings, roadshows, and events
5. Maintain and update investor data in the CRM and related tools
6. Collaborate with Central Services to enhance digital tools and internal processes
7. Provide administrative and logistical support for team projects and investor events
8. Act as the first point of contact for the London IR team, coordinating with the Office Manager
9. Assist with office supply management, facilities, and vendor coordination
10. Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing for the IR team
11. Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams on office-related matters
The Successful Applicant
A successful Investor Relations Team Assistant should have:
12. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field
13. 2-5 years of experience in a professional, data-driven environment (ideally in finance or client support)
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
15. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
16. Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, especially with digital tools and data systems
17. Collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
