Project Manager - Construction Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: Oldham Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Company Car All Expenses Covered About the Role A reputable construction company specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its team based in Oldham. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £250,000 to £2 million. Lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor quality control procedures and address any issues that arise. Provide regular progress reports to senior management. Requirements Demonstrable experience managing construction fit-out and/or refurbishment projects. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Full UK driving licence.
