What youll be doing:
* Managing and updating website content, product information, and category pages
* Supporting the delivery of promotional activity, seasonal campaigns, and trading initiatives
* Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
* Using customer and website data to generate insights and recommendations
* Optimising product visibility, site navigation, and onsite merchandising
* Carrying out regular website checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless user experience
* Working closely with marketing and content teams to align website activity with wider campaigns
* Supporting website testing and optimisation projects
* Keeping up to date with competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends
What were looking for:
* Experience in an e-commerce, online trading, or digital marketing role
* Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
* Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms
* Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
