We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Irvine!
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager who thrives on complex, design-led projects and enjoys delivering results in highly regulated environments. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams across the Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Life Science sectors.
This role is also part of a clear succession plan and is ideally suited to an ambitious professional looking to progress into a more senior leadership position.

Ideally looking for candidates to have the following skills:
* 8+ years' project management experience
* Familiarity of working within design project management space
* Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
* Main point of contact with client.
* Commercial point of contact with client.
* Familiar with project execution methodology & standards.
* Initiate the project - check feasibility, review proposal and work out, teams and resources
* Develop and maintain project plan in conjunction with client & lead engineers, this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of your client.
* Prepare progress reports for client & management (on agreed regularity).
* Co-ordinate and monitor site activities.
* General administration of the Project.
* Project change control
* Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project (for both schedule & budget)
* Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
* Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
* Adherence to client contract conditions
* Full commercial tracking of project (incl. correct invoicing, change notices and budget tracking)
* Experience of working on engineering projects
