GKR International has partnered with a leading develper who's looking to hire an experienced and driven Senior New Homes Consultant to their team in Aberdeen.
Ideally, you will have relevant experience in the Aberdeen market and you will have handled sales pipelines and prior management exposure to maximise performance across existing and future developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to completion, delivering a high-quality customer experience
* Achieve sales targets while maximising conversion rates and revenue across developments
* Work closely with senior management to shape a high performing sales culture
* Support new site launches, including input on pricing, presentation, and marketing approach
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in new homes sales or property sales (essential)
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the housing market
* Experience working with senior stakeholders or contributing to business strategy
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
