Billing Analyst
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing Operations: Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution.
2. Query Resolution: Address customer billing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
3. Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate billing records within the aBILLity Billing Platform.
Skills & Qualifications
4. Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software/systems; understanding of telecoms infrastructure and services.
6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with customers and colleagues.
8. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to investigate and resolve complex billing queries.
9. Administrative Skills: Proven experience in administrative tasks related to billing and data management.
