The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students who need extra help managing behaviour and engagement
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to build routines and positive habits
* Help de-escalate situations calmly and effectively
* Support students during lessons, transitions, and less structured times
* Work closely with pastoral staff, SENCOs, and teachers
* Encourage confidence, resilience, and a more positive approach to learning
You’ll be a consistent presence for students who need it most, helping them reset and succeed.
