Job Title: Lead Clinician
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, pro rata – dependent on experience - Plus £5000 Welcome Bonus. (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of £2,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period. 5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only (There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, please get in touch to discuss)
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at our Syon Grange and Colne Grange early years specialist education sites, based in Isleworth, London. The postholder will work collaboratively with the site’s Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead. The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team. Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team, also contributing to staff training and consultation. Working within overall framework of the service policies and procedures, you will be supporting the integration of the specific service in the day to day running of each provision i.e., A key aspect of the role will be to deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupils’ needs in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).
With this in mind, we are looking for a Clinical Lead who shares our vision; Specialist SEN (Special Educational Needs) school.
Age Range: Pupils aged 4-11.

BSc or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy
Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
Excellent time management skills
Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
