What Youll Do Make outbound calls to existing Buy It Direct customers to promote and sell our warranty services on their products, e.g. washing machines, fridge freezers Accurately update and maintain customer information in our system. Identify opportunities to upsell by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our warranty benefits. What Were Looking For Confident communicators who can engage and influence.
