About This Role
As a Senior Optical Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional care and attention from the moment they enter our clinics. Your role will involve building strong relationships with patients, assisting in consultations, scanning eyes using state-of-the-art equipment, and accurately maintaining patient records.
Key Responsibilities
* Building relationships with patients and providing regular communication prior to and following their treatment
* Assisting in patient consultations and introducing patients to their optometrist
* Scanning patients' eyes as part of a full health check and assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
* Scheduling treatment dates and discussing finance options with patients
