Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary - will be dependent on experience

Responsibilities
* Onboarding clients for a busy Residential Property team
* Carrying out rigorous onboarding checks
* Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetings
* Compiling your own written communications
* Drafting documentation as required
* Case Management entry of new matters
* Ensuring all documents are recorded on the database
Requirements / Skills
* Previous experience in Customer Service / Compliance would be advantageous
* Confident communication skills are essential
* Excellent administration skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written communication skills
* Intermediate MS Office skills
