Job Opportunity: MU Manager – UK
Location: Blackburn
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
* Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
* Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
* Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
* Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
* Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.
Role Structure:
* Territory: UK & Ireland
* 2 days per week in the office
* 3 days per week in the field
Compensation Package:
* starting between £70,000 and £80,000 max per annum
* £15,000 annual bonus
* Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided
Profile Sought:
* 5–7 years of professional sales experience
* Minimum of 3–5 years in team management and P&L responsibility
* Proven experience in the PPE sector (mandatory)
* Strong passion for sales and business development within the PPE industry
* Excellent leadership, listening, and organizational skills
* Autonomous, results-driven with a focus on growth and market expansion
