Your Impact as a Growth Consultant
This isn’t a traditional sales role—you’re a problem-solver and HubSpot advocate who listens first, uncovers the real pain, and then guides prospects on how HubSpot solves it. Consultative selling wins trust and long-term revenue.
Key Focus Areas
* Drive New Business Growth - own the full cycle and reach ramped quota within six months. Work inbound leads, spot opportunities with existing clients and get out and network to success.
* HubSpot Rep Relationships - source pipeline by co-selling with HubSpot AEs
* Consultative Discovery - use questioning to translate goals into HubSpot roadmaps.
* Strategic Positioning - lead with HubSpot value; our services are the growth catalyst.
* Client Trust & Empathy - aim for excellence in the sales process - setting up for future client expansion.
Key KPIs
* Results: on-track quota attainment after ramp.
* Pipeline: maintain ~3× quota coverage in qualified pipeline, month in, month out.
* Activity: consistent discovery calls, demos, and workshops booked weekly.
* Sourcing: healthy flow of self-sourced deals that align to real business pain.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
* Source leads via LinkedIn Sales Nav, intent data, events, and inbound rotation, existing clients.
* Run value-first demos and quick-win HubSpot audits that visualise ROI.
* Working with HubSpot reps to co-sell to net new customers
* Craft proposals, quotes, and SOWs; negotiate and close.
* Share “voice of customer” insights with Marketing & Delivery.
* Keep HubSpot CRM spotless—95 % hygiene target.
About You
* Hands-on HubSpot expert—you can talk sequences, workflows, and custom objects in your sleep.
* 4+ years of client facing selling experience - where you have a a demonstrable track record in consultative selling to customers even if you have not held a “pure sales role”
* Competitive, resilient, coachable, and team-first.
* HubSpot Academy-certified (or willing to earn core certs in first 60 days)
* Storyteller who links business pains to platform gains with data and real cases.
