We're seeking a National Account Manager to lead category growth and own P&L performance across key accounts. You’ll build strategic, multi-stakeholder partnerships and design collaborative sales and marketing plans that deliver measurable gains for consumers and customers—offering high visibility, real impact, and a clear path to business success
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and profit targets while managing trade spend
2. Develop customer plans that integrate with brand plans and drive benefits for all parties
3. Deliver insight-led category workshops and reviews
4. Optimize trade spend investment for maximum return
5. Negotiate promotional programs and execute tailored NPD launch plans
6. Build and own a 12-month forecast and manage discrepancies
What We're Looking For:
7. Demonstrated account management and/or category management experience
8. Strong negotiation and financial skills
9. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline
10. Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer
11. Eligibility to work in Australia and availability to travel interstate regularly
