Assistant Site Manager - New Build Residential
We're working with an established, privately owned housebuilder who are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager on a large new build residential scheme.
The project consists of 349 units across 7 blocks (3-17 storeys), delivered as a partnership scheme with a mix of traditional build and steel frame. You'll be responsible for managing internals on a block, working closely with the Site Manager and wider team.
There is 18 months-2 years remaining on the current site, with a follow-on project in Surrey afterwards.
Requirements:
Assistant Site Manager experience on new build residential projects
Strong understanding of internal works
Multi-storey experience advantageous
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS (or working towards)
